Office letter No. 4525/LDTBXH-LDTL ON 04 APRIL 12 2012 of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs guiding determination of the actual salary fund in 2011
According topoint 3.1, clause 3, article 5 of Circular No. 23/2011/TT-BLDTBXH dated 16/09/2011 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the implementation of the regional minimum salary level for employees working for companies, enterprises, cooperatives, groups, farms, households, individuals and agencies, organizations hire employees in the 2011,state-owned one-member company limited which has the average labor productivity, actual profit lower than planned, when determining the salary fund under regulations of Circular No. 27/2010/TT-BLDTBXH dated 14 Sep 2010 of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs shall apply to the minimum wage prescribed by the Government to determine the benefit salary fund of employees and managers.
